During our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that performed well. It can navigate most terrains, but it has issues in grassy areas and on gravel. It can also be hard to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. This stroller is not recommended to use on stairs or off-road. However, its suspension system can assist to minimize bumps.
While the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container, it's difficult to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy provides an additional underseat baby carrier to help solve this issue.
In contrast to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small cost to pay for the car seat compatibility and storage but we would prefer an option with more versatility. Its seating configuration versatility is a benefit, however, as it allows parents to place their children's infant car seats facing in opposite directions or in the same direction to better suit their needs.
5. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored well in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for maneuverability, which is an important feature for parents seeking a travel stroller that will fit into tiny spaces. The Delta is a basic model, lacking some features other strollers we have tested like a big storage basket or a wide recline. It is a great option for families on a tight budget or for those who only require a second stroller for occasional use, like for trips to the Zoo.
